To ensure compliance, transparency, and the smooth execution of any transaction, Buyers and Sellers must adhere to several key requirements. A formal Letter of Intent (LOI) must be submitted, clearly outlining the terms of interest and intent to proceed. Proof of Funds (POF) is required to demonstrate financial capability, while a valid Mandate or Aircraft Operator Certificate (AOC) must be presented where applicable to confirm authority and operational legitimacy. Standard Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation is mandatory for identity verification and regulatory compliance. An escrow deposit may be required to secure the transaction, followed by pre-inspections to verify condition and suitability. Comprehensive insurance must be obtained prior to transfer, and arrangements for painting, registration, logo, and design customization must be coordinated in compliance with aviation regulations. Additional items specific to the transaction may also be requested to ensure due diligence, security, and the integrity of the process.
